Catastrohy

This is the worst Hotel experience ever. My booking was prepaid and confirmed. When I arrived nobody knew. My host had to pick me up, for the adress in the ad was not correct. The host was drunk. He took me to an appartment, but it was not ready for guests. The beds were not made, the kitchen sink was full of stuff. There were towels all over the kitchen table. There was a clean room and bathroom where I stayed the night. The morning after I was told to leave. He gave me a refund. 2000 Danish crowns straight out of his pocket. It was less than I had paied. If this is something I get from booking at www.hotels.com, I will never use the app again. My God, this is so unproffesional, I am speachless.

Man könnte mehr aus dieser Unterkunft machen! Wir bekamen bis zum Tag der Anreise, als wir schon in Kopenhagen angekommen sind, keine Antwort auf unsere Nachricht. Der Vermieter scheint nett zu sein, allerdings mit der Aufgabe überfordert zu sein. Der Standort der Wohnung ist perfekt, da man in einem sehr schönen Viertel Nähe Nyhaven wohnt und alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Arnaque complète. Appartement indisponible a notre arrivee. Proposition d'un autre logement vide sans meuble, ni vaisselle, ni lit. Inadmissible. Nous avons dû menacer le loueur d'aller à la police avant qu'il ne se decide à nous reloger dans un hotel. Aucune aide ou geste d'Expedia malgré nos nombreux appels et messages. A fuire.
