I called the property and they said they could not do anytbing, it had to be through Expedia. Then Expedia told me they could not refund me and it had to be through the hotel. Do not use them if you want safety of knowing you are covered if plans change"

"I stayed one night at this hotel to rest up for the Rose City Run. It wasn't in the best of conditions; the stairway to the second floor wasn't well lit at night, and there was chipped paint on the railings. But at least my room was reasonably clean, and my bed was comfortable, so I still had a good night's sleep."
