The view was really unique but property was not clean and when we asked for room need cleaning they just changed bed sheets and towels. The didn’t vacuum the room or clean the bathroom.

Very close to Surfer's Paradise beach and all the shops. Would definitely come back for that river view, absolutely stunning sunsets. Definitely no need to drive if you're down there for a few nights or so especially since the tram stop is only a few minutes walk.
