The rooms felt a little worn and it didn't seem like the details were there on cleaning - the carpet seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in a bit. There was also a lot of homeless and such in the area, and an uber driver said there were places nearby to not be caught at after dark - so it was a little scary walking around sometimes. but there were usually plenty of people around to help feel safer in the couple of blocks immediately around the hotel. "
