"Hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back. One odd thing is that we bought the All Inclusive option, but they still gave us full checks/bills at every meal and closing out any bar service, showing the full amount "owing", which was disconcerting at first. This should have been explained to us upon checkin, and would have avoided confusion and frustration. Was fine in the end. We were not being charged. Despite being prime time (Feb 2026), it was not busy. Never had to "save seats" anywhere. Great service from all staff. "

"If you want a fancy hotel with every amenity, this is probably not for you. However, if you want a clean, sweet family-run hotel, with a fantastic location (6 or 7 minute walk to Zihua Bay beach, tons of shopping & restaurants close by) this is a great value for the money. There are lots of spacious common areas to relax, and some rooms open out onto a little balcony. The family is very nice and accommodating, and I enjoyed my stay here. "

"Great little hotel in El centro. Anna, Estephanie, Daniel, Dana and Luis plus kitchen staff are all amazing. The rooms and grounds are clean, beds are comfy, AC blows cold, and breakfast is very good. Highly recommended. Rick and Kirsten. Feb 2026"
