The rooms, lobby, and overall design are chic, full of character, and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding and provided truly exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and very generous, with great variety and quality. As someone who usually stays in five star hotels, I can confidently say this hotel is on par with, if not better than, many five star hotels around the world. Room service was impressively fast, responding to our requests in under 15 minutes. The location is perfect. We were able to walk easily to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, and downtown areas. Mai House Saigon made our trip unforgettable, and we would definitely stay here again."
