Good location. Quiet. Cleanliness was improved upon request. Owner was unaware on the level of cleanliness provided by local contractors. Improved satisfactorily. Good play area for children. Walk around Derwent reservoir cannot be achieved due to areas of private land. Good birdwatching locations/huts.
