"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. "Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms on the 3rd floor are a little difficult to locate as lift only goes to the 2nd and 4th floor. Not idea if you're on the 3rd floor. Also Spa very expensive: I booked for 30 back massage which lasted 15 mins so check how long it is before booking."
