I have travelled all over the world and this hotel absolutely blew my mind in terms of location, stunning views, quality, great restaurant and the best and most friendly service you will ever find.

This is a really good hotel if you want a quiet location with a great view and want to relax. Set on a remote coastal road, with its own beach surrounded by farmland with cows and horses The hotel has a variety of rooms, but we liked the Premier Deluxe room which is exclusively for adilts and has ocean views, a wet room shower, self standing bath and a bedroom on a mezanine floor. The hotel provides 2 padel courts, tennis, spa treatments, water acrivities and has 2 sauna huts at its own beach....

We were so pleased we chose this hotel - more expensive than our usual price bracket, but a great place to just be as well as to tour the beautiful Connemara. We spent four nights, three days here: one day chilling, one day driving the Sky Road, one day visiting Kylemore Abbey. The people - owners and staff - could not have been more kind and helpful. One word - Superb

Our recent stay at Ashford Castle was wonderful experience. Everything from the food and drink to room comfort was excellent. The staff are the nicest and most helpful I have ever met on my travels.Free taxi (Range Rover) into the village is a nice treat!Overall it's an experience you should have at least twice your lifetime!

We spent a night in Glenlo Abbey and we are glad that we did, the hotel is beautiful. Set within the grounds of their golf course you are surrounded by greenery. Inside the hotel is lavishly decorated whilst retaining a cosy feel. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food served in the Fine Dining Pullman restaurant was different and tasty

Hotel is ideally situated to avoid city centre traffic, free parking and an easy 25 min walk to all attractions or a taxi. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We ate in the bar/restaurant both nights and the food was excellent as were the breakfast. Will definitely stay again when we return to Galway

The room was amazing! A bar, a record player, an ipad, beautiful decor, fancy led 'mood lighting' in the bathroom, amazing toiletries, delicious breakfast. Great bar, lovely staff. Honestly the best hotel experience we've ever had.

I love this place and the wonderful people who work here. I will always stay here whenever I’m in Bofin which I hope is soon. Great food great staff great craic and fabulous backdrop!

We received a very warm welcome on arrival, and this continued throughout our stay - the reception and restaurant staff are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, many arranged around a courtyard garden and with mountain views. We ate in the restaurant every night and found it to be excellent, with a varied menu. Great location to stay for climbing Croagh Patrick and cycling the greenway. Food in the bar was delicious, the restaurant looked lovely but was a bit posher than we were looking for so had a night out in the town for dinner in jj O'malleys which was fabulous, had to wait about 45 mins on a table on a Monday night off season so is worth booking in advance! We drive into the town as its a little bit further than we wanted to walk but it's only a 2-3 min drive so very easy for taxi access if...

The location is right next to fun park, which my little one really enjoyed, and by the beach.

We had a great stay! The room was lovely, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were lovely, friendly and engaging, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was also fantastic. The only minor gripe was that the grouting and sealant in the bathroom could do with being updated. Otherwise, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claregalway Hotel. The entire place was immaculately clean and very well kept. Our room was large and very comfortable. We ate dinner here despite arriving quite late and it was delicious, breakfast was the best we had whilst travelling round Ireland. All staff we met were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. We were upgraded to the Suite on arrival and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious with a large private balcony with amazing views. Welcome drinks and sweets waiting on arrival along with a personalised welcome card added to the outstanding service.

Lovely staff, well-maintained hotel, and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. The brick interior walls make the bedrooms exceptionally quiet. Excellent parking facilities plus a bus stop right across the road with a quick 15-minute ride straight into Galway.

The room was spotless and comfortable. Staff could not do enough to help you. The food was reasonably priced and if a high standard. Breakfast was great and satisfying. I had the most wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.
