"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Well placed for the North Norfolk beaches. Has plenty of space for parking out front, is detached with a private and secure rear garden. The hot tub is slow to fill, advice is to plan 30 mins ahead when you want to use it. The bins in bathroom and bedroom had not been emptied. Also found a baby’s dummy under the bedside table. This marred what was otherwise a clean house. Also, be prepared to take your own bedding and towels or pay a fairly substantial surcharge for them being supplied. "
