"We stayed at this hotel for the Ole Miss / Georgia game and it was great! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the stadium and 15 minutes or so to the French Quarter. There are also so many cute restaurants and shops around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had a small issue with the tv in our room. Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was really nice and I loved the industrial feel. The beds were super comfortable and clean. However, I could hear other guests, the fire alarm went off twice. The light above one of the sinks didn't work. I also, felt there should've been coffee."

"Everything met our needs! We didn’t have a chance to eat the food because we were eating out with family, but we had the most comfortable stay and professional and courteous staff, as it should be! I highly recommend the Marriott! We were on the 34th floor asked if we could be close to an elevator because of my handicap husband! All our expectations were exceeded 🤗"

"next visit!
My recent trip to New Orleans to celebrate New Year’s at the Roosevelt Hotel was an experience that truly redefined luxury for me. From the moment I entered this magnificent hotel, I was captivated by its stunning beauty and elegance. The blend of classic charm and modern amenities in the hotel's architecture created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, with every corner reflecting meticulous attention to detail. My room was much more than just a space to sleep; it was a luxurious sanctuary providing all the comforts I could wish for. Notably, the ultra-comfortable bed, plush pillows, and soft robes made every moment delightful. The luxurious bath products elevated my relaxation experience, making my stay not just enjoyable but truly memorable.
What stood out during my visit was the extraordinary level of hospitality. Every employee, from the doorman to the front desk staff and room attendants, greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Their politeness, and willingness to assist made me feel like a valued guest.
While there was a minor hiccup with my room, the hotel's response far exceeded my expectations. The staff handled the situation with grace and efficiency, quickly resolving any issues and ensuring my comfort. Their proactive approach to customer service truly left a lasting impression.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Roosevelt Hotel to anyone traveling to New Orleans. "
"We had a room with a large balcony on Bourbon St. It is a bit noisy until about about 3 AM, but the heavy duty room curtains actually helped to block some of the noise and lights out. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. There was a slight mix up with our reservation when we checked in. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. We had a few friends come over and sit out on the balcony and people watch. The jazz club downstairs was playing great music. Very fun!"
