For a start Emirates 4 days before my flight changed my flight from 10:35am (EK315) to 1:40am (EK349) which destroyed my stay reducing it to 4 hours as I flew up on the 5th on SQ232. That flight after an aborted landing went to KL. We returned to Singapore and I got to stay in the hotel for 1 hour. No allowance was given by the hotel. "

"The staff were helpful in accommodating a larger room and reserving a taxi for the morning. This is more like a hostel than a hotel. The shower is in the toilet area so everything including toilet paper gets soaked. The bed is soft and accessible only on one side. We felt very cramped in the room. It definitely does not look like photos on the website."

"It is an average hotel, mainly for conferences (as it had 5+ conference rooms). The location was near the Straits of Johore, and thats why we choose it. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel except army facilities and buildings - no local shops. Due to road works the road trip took over 30 minutes to get the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel was the free bus trip to the MRT station, for a quick and very cheap trip back to the airport."
