"The Yotel is tucked away on the fourth floor of the Jewel. Considering how busy the building was, you definitely don't know that once you are in your pod. The pod has everything you need whether that is to crash and have a shower for a few hours or to stay overnight. The staff at reception were really helpful. There is an area you can bring your food to from any of the outlets in the Jewel if they are too busy or you just want a quieter area to sit in. The only couple of things I noticed was that my bed sheet had holes in it and one of the towels had a lot of lose threads on the edges - it had certainly seen better days! My flight this morning was from T3 which was an easy walk from the Yotel. I'd certyainly use this place again should the need arise."

"A convenient stopover - we had a 9 hour layover in Singapore between Sydney and London and it was a game-changer to be able to get a shower, change into some clean clothes and have a nap. Air con and shower gel provided and within the terminal building itself (there is an Ambassador transit hotel in both terminals 2 and 3) but easy to get between both, They also provided a wake-up call."

"Good amenities, beautiful scenery, helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from airport a bonus. Keep in mind it is not located in central city, however public buses frequently come which can take you to the MRT (train) and from there you can go singapore downtown."

"Very nice property. I would give it a five star rating. The rooms were clean and luxurious. I and my wife enjoyed our short stay at the hotel and it was a very good experience. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Clean modern room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Shame that there is no fridge in the room so you could have real milk in tea and coffee rather than powdered creamer. Close to a shopping mall for good meal options."
