Lovely, very high end hotel set in stunning surroundings. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Room was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Great bed. Food was lovely (best chowder in NE!). Highly recommend this oasis of quality and comfort.

great hotel

A real gem. I highly recommend this hotel. We were travelling grandparents with two under 5 and friends. The room was great including a kitchen with two ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and sink, equipped with everything we needed. The staff were particularly friendly and not only would we stay here again but our friends plan to stay here next year too.

I didnt use the gym or pool in the end but i did check them out and they looked good. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean not much more you can ask for really. Only place ive stayed on my trip that ive had to pay for parking so far though

Great choice of hotel for a base around lakes region

Excellent hotel, spotless everywhere, staff very friendly and very helpful, will even book tickets for you for example to the Cog Railway at Mount Washington which is fantastic, wrap up warm it was freezing at the top. No where to eat out on site but you have kitchen area if you want to cook for yourselves or very good restaurants about 3/4 miles away but we chose to have a take away delivered to the hotel on 2...

Beautiful location and festive decorations. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. Modern amenities and everything we needed for our stay. Lots of shops and markets within the complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Brilliant hotel. Comfortable room with excellent facilities. Same goes for the hotel and staff.

Nice place, very helpful staff especially breakfast staff

Sadly only able to stay 1 night due to travel plans, but very clean hotel, excellent room and facilities, breakfast good, restaurant within walking distance, swimming pool and jacuzzi indoor. Staff very pleasant and helpful, would definitely return if in the area.

The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was good especially the pancake maker. The staff were always very helpful at reception.

This was a lovely property with interesting history. The new owner was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Great location for seeing New England in the fall, & easy parking.
