Staff are friendly and the location is good. But the rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a/c or a window. So it gets really warm and uncomfortable with no air movement. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay while visiting Buenos Aires. You are a ~15 minute walk from all the major downtown sites. The neighbourhood itself felt very safe, even at night.
