"While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful."

"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I live in town and passed by it numerous times. We decided to stay here because it was walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about parking. This hotel had a large parking lot. Super convenient if you are in the area and don't want to deal with driving around and finding parking space. And it's located walking distance to so many restaurants! "

"Rooms are spacious and great for families with bigger kids. One can use the sofa if they refuse to share a queen! Lots of plugs which is also a must-have with a family of many devices. Breakfast was good - although not as replenished 30 minutes to close. Love to see all the MSU fans!"
