The room was clean and comfortable. But the ice machine was broken and my room did not have a fridge.

If you have allergies to dust, I would not stay here. The vents in the a/c unit were covered and the vent in the bathroom was coated with a thick layer of dust. The rest of the room was good.

Hilton Garden Inn Columbus-University Area
I loved staying there. It was clean, I just don’t agree with hotels cleaning rooms every other day. Aside from that it was great. The staff at the front desk was also very kind. There was one employee who could learn to be a little more afable , smile.
