"We got a room for 3 - only 2 towels and front desk was rude and would not bring us another. Pull out bed had no bedding in room! My bed sheet was torn so put a pillow case over the tear. Parking shows free on Expedia and the hotel charged us. No breakfast on Sunday - not even regular coffee - only decaf and no milk or sugar. This was at 9am! Front desk was non apologetic about it. Shirtless man sitting outside hotel screaming for no reason - police was called. Just not Wyndham standards so very disappointed! "

"The property was clean, the staff was helpful, I arrived late at night. I stayed 1 night and rested well. Check-in and out went rather smooth. There is a $100 deposit need to check in so be prepared for that cost on top of the room rate even if you book online. This is for incidentals, I am use to $15-25 but each hotel chain is different. Outside of that the food area was clean and the food was fresh. The favorite thing for me was the bathtub my apartment only have a shower so when I stay at a hotel I always wont a tub to bathe in. They had a tub and the best part it was very clean. Me being me I still wiped it down, but for the most part the place was nice and I would stay here again if in town. Walker "

"The cleanliness of this hotel was TOP NOTCH! Every staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful, especially STACY - she was so helpful and lent us a phone charger and she was so funny and friendly. The gym was well stocked and clean, the pool looked crystal clear, and we couldn't find any dirt or grime anywhere in our room. Enjoying happy hour in the bar while staring out the windows on a rainy afternoon was so soothing. We will definitely come back when traveling to the Houston area."

"They initially gave us the wrong room even though the manager new what we booked. Beware that they have two different hotel buildings and they house people confused. Maybe you booked one and they will give you a separate one. "

"Shay at the front desk (who loaned me a cable charger) , the other gentleman (sorry I forgot to get his name) who was with me in the early morning hours of 5 a.m. while charging my phone in the lobby, and Billy morning shift. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome. Clean room, cold ac, and most importantly, tile flooring (super plus for me). Amazing location."
