The floor in the room was sticky and left BLACK residue on our socks. If you walked in bare feet you had lord knows what stuck on the bottoms of your feet. The stairs leading upstairs are so filthy they are black along the edges. There are always people milling around outside asking for a lighter. So disappointed!!

Don’t go here they charge u a 100 dollar deposit for a ghetto place. Had no hot water was lied to from the staff about it. First was told someone was coming to our room then if they didn’t come we would get switched then it was someone came and looked at the pipes and we should have hot water the staff the next morning tells us they don’t know why she told us this bc nobody is gonna come check the pipes on a Sunday. The whole place didn’t have hot water and hadn’t in who knows how long if this would have been communicated at check in we wouldn’t have stayed here and never will again

1. The desk lamp didn’t work when I got into the room. I asked the front desk receptionist, and she told me to change the bulb myself or wait an hour for the mechanic to come and fix it. 2. There's NO air fryer in my room. The front desk receptionist said only some rooms have it. 3. Noisy in the morning due to construction noise. 4. The drainage in the bathtub doesn’t work, as the water cannot be discharged. 5. NO toothpaste provided.

Overall outdated property, strange smells, not great bathroom lighting, and the surrounding area was not great, it's not anywhere someone should walk around on foot without a car in reach. The pavement is cracked in the parking lot, and the entrances are not very accessible. No ramps, etc. If you have physical disabilities, this property will be very challenging for you. The price is decent, location for concerts for people who don't want to camp is ideal, but this is a bare minimal kinda spot.
