"The hotel looks simple & basic, nothing fancy and we're fine with that. It was kept very clean. The outdoor slide was fun, the pool & hot tub water could be kept cleaner if I really had to mention something. Customer service throughout the facility was great, every staff was friendly and able to help me with my questions. Breakfast was decent, but the scrambled eggs would've been better without the dried parsley. They ran out of english breakfast tea bags unfortunately. "

The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained throughout. Staff named Prabhleen and Om helped us . We especially loved the pool – it was super clean, inviting, and a perfect place to relax. The staff were kind, respectful, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Their empathy and understanding really made a difference in our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. It’s a great place to stay – clean, friendly, and truly accommodating.
