Checking in was quick and simple. The place isn’t the cleanest or most updated but the bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The entryway light wasn’t working but I only needed a place to shower and sleep. Mini fridge and pod coffee machine were a plus!

Shower has dirty foot prints. No shampoo, conditioner, soap, or etc in bathroom. Used soap in the shower. Public restrooms were out of order. Hopefully food stains slung on the ceiling and curtains. No coffee pods. Fridge did not work. AC did not get cool. Staff was just sitting around eating Pringles rather than cleaning rooms or doing their responsibilities (the entire afternoon shift) Mop buckets holding doors open. Homeless man and his gear hanging out at check in/out counter. - he was nice and polite although his gear was in the walk path and he was napping in chair at check in/out. Bed was neeer and comfortable though!

My room was to be non smoking. But when we walked in it smelled so bad of weed! The lady at the counter who never smiled and did not greet us gave another room but both rooms were dirty. The showers not cleaned, tables not wiped off. Not sure about the sheets if they were clean. It was so bad we checked out at midnight. You should not have places like this on your site. Also I had to ask for towels and wash cloths. The two tiny towels in our bathroom were stained or dirty. The mirrors were so dirty I had to clean it to be able to use it. We stayed long enough to get ready for a concert. After concert we came back and checked out.

Photos online are deceiving. However to be fare it was only 140 for the night with breakfast. That’s another subject. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke and weed. Staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night. I couldn’t imagine staying longer. I’m pretty sure breakfast was frozen and heated up. Waffles from a toaster sausage. Coffee was good.

This place was so bad we did not stay. Room had not been made up dirty laundry in the bathroom, and 1980 beds/ furniture. . Their pictures do not look anything like this place The only positive thing was the girl who works the front desk there very sweet and helpful.

We were dissatisfied with the whole stay, from checking in to having to leave early due to not feeling safe at this property. There were stains on the bed sheets and pillows, dirty forks on the floor, used facial soap in the bathroom, mold on the shower, black elastic rubber bands on the floor, and the lock barely locked. They also tried to charge our card 10 separate times since checking out at midnight lastnight. Prompting my bank to call me for fraud charges. I highly would not recommend this hotel to anyone, visiting or not.

I didn’t stay here but when I checked in and got to my room. The door was open and the room was dirty and used. The second room they tried to put me in had no electricity. It smelt bad and was unclean. The man at the front was trying to flirt with me and made inappropriate comments. I don’t recommend this place.

This property was completely outdated and dirty. The entire hallway smelled like smoke and mildew. The towels were tiny cloths. The fence around the hotel is broken and laying down. There is NO where to sit in lobby. There were a couple chairs stacked on tables. The only reason didn't give 1 star is because the linen appeared clean and the lady at the front desk was so so nice.

Negative reviews usually come in 2 flavors. First, a reviewer is spewing anger based on poor product or service. Second, a reviewer wants to provide constructive feedback to the proprietor. My review is neither. I am asking the powers that be to shut this place down. Clearly no effort is put in for upkeep and maintenance. Filthy lobby, dirty floors, broken shower doors, etc. They have stopped trying. Do not stay here. You are better off sleeping in your car.

STAFF IS VERY RUDE ! , I was told over the phone i could be checked in early and when i got there staff was being very rude and told me he didn’t know anything about it wouldn’t even get up and talk to me at the desk just sat in the offices behind the desk talking to me from the doorway and told me his baby mother was the GM which had nothing to do with what i was told on the phone , I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE the room ill give a 3 star rating but outside property is FALSE Advertisement the pictures are not the same in person!

Based on the pictures it was not at all what I was expecting. I checked in saw my room, called my friends we should go somewhere else and checked out. Not given a refund for walking in for like 8 min. My room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Hallways were dark. Elevator was worn down. No one else was staying at this hotel when I pulled in (no other cars in the lot). It was a close drive to downtown only plus. My friends and I booked a different hotel right away.

I didn’t know better when I booked this place. The staff if very friendly and personable. This review has nothing against them as people. However, the hotel is not that nice. For the first 2 days there was no toilet paper and I never got extra towels. I offered to even wait for them but she said she had to go out to the shed and she would bring them up. They never came. Apparently the person they sent to the store for some toilet paper didn’t come back and they never got their shipment. The hallway smells of smoke even though they say no smoking and if caught you’re banned. The room smelt kinda funky. The walls are very thin and you can hear other guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The area seems sketchy. I kept checking on my car from the window. There is a front window next to the main entrance which clearly showcases the washing machine for the towels and I guess sheet. Stuffed to the brim. I don’t think they could’ve fit anything into it if they tried. When asked where I was staying everyone made this face like they knew something I didn’t. They said it’s like a “by the hour hotel” even though it isn’t. Yet the inside and rooms felt like that. Very dingy. The photos posted to showcase the hotel are VERY deceiving.

* The staff is not professional and to upkeep the condition of the room. * Instead of watching the secure monitor, he was watching a movie on his iPad. Eventually, he dozed off on the job. When we arrived we noticed a dirty sock on the shelf beside the iron. When I opened the mini fridge, there were 2 sandwiches left in there from the previous people. The floor looked as though it had not been vacuumed. I went to use the hair dryer and there was sticky brown stuff all over the handle. I tried to wipe it off with the 1 wash cloth that they left us and it was so sticky that it didn't come off. They left us 2 towels and 1 washcloth (there were 2 of us). Two washcloths and an extra towel would have been great. With all that I just stated, it really made me wonder if anyone had even been in the room after the last guests and cleaned.

first there were no towels in my room, which they had to switch because the TV and phone did not work, after giving me another room that room did not have heat working , and the phone did not work, for the dollar amount that they charged me , what I expected and what I got was terrible. The location of the property was perfect for a parents weekend at USC but the property itself is incredibly rundown and dirty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but it was a mishmash of people in random clothing that may or may not have worked there that seemed to be taken care of things. The room had not been vacuumed or swept when I got there but they were quick to take care of that for me. The hotel is very rundown including holes in the walls and mismatched colors of paint and carpeting throughout. It is absolutely not worth $150 a night. More like 75 a night.

It wasnt too bad. The only issues i had was the pile of sheets in front of my room door and the remote not having batteries. The front desk lady who worked when i checked in was friendly and very apologetic about the issues i had.

You Get What You Pay For
It’s was average. I only stayed one night. But, What seem like two prostitutes came into the building as I was checking in, The elevator was broken, and doors were open to rooms that were filthy. But, at 90.00 I guess you get what you pay for!

You get what you pay for
Needed a cheap place to stay for a last minute trip and this "hotel" fit the bill. I don't know the exact definition of hotel anymore. I suppose it just means that the door to the room is inside the building instead of outside. The room was clean and the beds comfortable enough. WiFi worked so I was able to get some work done. Staff were friendly. The building itself has seen better days but doesn't look that old honestly. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but nothing was put out and there was no notice from the staff. Later I was told "the truck never arrived." Odd. Coffee maker in the room also didn't work. Location is good for USC football games but is in an industrial-warehouse area. Train tracks are right next door and they blow their horns all night. Road traffic is very loud.

Upon arrival. The check in Clerk asked the manager if it was okay to waive the early check in fee due to me arriving about 1:30p as I was just wanting to do my things off and make an appointment but was told no. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Everyone I encountered had great costumer service. I would definitely stay again.

No hot water in the shower or bathroom sink, bed was comfortable and room was clean, but I would not stay there again. Hotel was old and in need of some paint and new carpet in hallways.
