"The room I reserved was overbooked by Expedia so I did not get the room I needed. The hotel is a cool building and we enjoyed the area. The room we ended up with was spacious. The pictures that you see with a balcony looking railing outside, those doors do not open. The staff were fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful but there were times that they just did not have enough staff for a hotel that size, the same person running the front desk was also running around delivering blankets and towels to rooms. That staff member did a fantastic job but the hotel just needed to staff more people."

"Overall my stay here was very good. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! Our room very clean. The lobby looks very nice however they need to renovate the rest of the floors it look dated compared to the other parts of the hotel. "

"I really like the safety protocols they have in place. You have to have a card key to access the elevator as well as all the floors. Having the lobby at the top of the hotel was really cool. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the city. It was so pretty. Room was clean, fluffy towels, comfy bed."

"A/C barley worked......only (1) elevator was working in a 24-story hotel. Had to wait 10-15 min. (or more) for elevator since only one was available. At one point it went out too and they had to have use freight elevator. Old and outdated....needs a complete facelift.....and new elevator system for sure. not a good experience. "

"Instead of being understanding with me and either giving me a refund or changing my dates from this past weekend to next weekend, after calling and canceling the room,they decided to deny the refund and charge my card $300 for two nights I don’t recommend this hotel . Find you a Airbnb. Thangya"

"Tried to get breakfast. After 40 mins and no sign of even a coffee I chased it up. After 55mins still with nothing, I gave up and went to a coffee shop round the corner. Room wasn’t cleaned that well - someone’s hair on the shower, they were slow to empty the trash can and never replenished the mini bar. Good Location tho’"
