Staff was very friendly and attentive. Quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Ate at the buffet, The Plate, had great food and plenty to choose from. Great location. I was able to walk to all the popular attractions.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, facilities, and service met expectations, and I was genuinely happy with the experience.
The only minor hiccup was that a prior request I had made was overlooked initially. However, after I went to the front desk to remind them, the staff responded promptly and resolved it efficiently, which I appreciated.
Aside from this small oversight, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. I’ve always had good experiences here and would be more than happy to return again.
