The staff was really wonderful. There is a mall within walking distance. Easy to get taxi around the city. Also nice restaurant and souveiner shop across the street

建物が少しわかりづらいところにあります。さらにビルの入り口にいるガードマン(？)の方にカードキーでエレベーターを操作してもらい、3F受付まで辿り着く必要があります。 ホテルの内装は清潔で、部屋も日本のビジネスホテルに近いものになっています。ただし窓が薄く道路が近いためか、夜は少し外の音が気になりました。 テラスで海を見ながらの朝食は最高でした。

Fantastic Residence Hotel in Colombo,Sri Lanka
Fantastic residence-type business hotel to stay.Very attentive, helpful and friendly receptionist (all) and breakfast staff. Room serviced daily, and there is always help available if you need it. Healthy breakfast with tropical fruits and juice ''continental breakfast''. My experience with this hotel is excellent and up to standard. I will definitely be back at this hotel someday. Thank you.

The hotel is tucked away in a little alley across from Barefoot Cafe. The room is spotless, cozy, and filled with free coffee and cookies. Imran was very friendly and was able to arrange transportation to the airport.

This hotel is in an office building on Galle Road, a few hundred meters from the sea. The rooms are nice, aircon and ceiling fans are strong, hot shower, good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get Uber or auto rickshaw out front. Will definitely stay again. Thanks to Imran and the staff for a great stay.

Okaish but needs improvements
The bathroom size was way too small, when sitting on the toilet your knees will touch the wall which makes it uncomfortable.

Good but very small.
The Hotel was well located and accessible with helpful and competent staff the only problem was the size of the room, we had checked on the Web and the rooms looked good, however when we arrived the room was so small that there was more room in most closets, the bathroom was so small to use the toilet you had to sit with your feet outside the door. The staff were competent and helpful and the room was very clean but, as I said, very small.

Great room and location, just very small
This hotel is in the perfect location with a lot of cafes nearby. It was very modern and comfy, but the rooms were very small and felt cramped. It also had a very large security safe in the room, which was great, as I could put my computer and other valuables in there and the entire place felt very secure. It's in the heart of the city so you can walk outside and see many beautiful places.

Reasonable price for a close to center hotel
Nice and cozy place,great for a short stay in the city. A bit noisy in the morning because of trafic. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the main atractions in colombo.Breakfast is ok.

Ok price but noisy
Stayed here for 2 nights in total. Took a while to find but got there in the end. Room was not bad, great shower but small toilet area. Our room was just so noisy with all the cars and tuk tuk beeping their horns every second of the day and I couldn't wait to get out. The gentleman on reception was very nice and helpful who to arrange what train to get down south. Probably wouldn't stay here again and would pay extra for somewhere else.

Convenient and clean hotel
Great budget hotel, very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Staff was very friendly. Only complain would be that the bathroom is way too small and the doors are see through which gives you a lack of privacy when using the bathroom.

Convenient hotel, good service
Good hotel, spacious room, good location, nice service, nice breakfast the only problem we had with the room is the noise isolation. The street below is a major traffic artery of the city and we can hear the cars and busses pretty well.

Decent clean hotel with friendly staff
was a short business trip. It is a New hotel,takes up 1 floor in a building. Rooms are spotlessly clean but small .hotel location is good. cable tv had only one channel working (was here on business so did not have the time to ask for a fix).bathroom is tiny. The booking mentioned a "complimentary breakfast" but the hotel said it was room only booking. The staff was very friendly .

Last minute booking
Last minute bookinget just to spend the night. Front desk was very welcoming and gave us the choice of rooms available. My daughter, who has been backpacking for 5 months, found the beds to be the most comfortable ones. We left very early the next morning and they went out to the avenue to get a tuk tuk for us. Would surely go back to this hotel if I'm back in Colombo

Easy access, but a little noisy.
This hotel is not exactly what we had expected when we booked it. The hotel only occupies one floor of a building. So, I would say that this feels more like a guest house than a hotel. The room was very small. You can barely walk around the bed without hitting the bed frame. Bathroom was quite big compared to the whole room size. Bathroom amenities were provided. Great hot shower with pressure. The problem was probably all the noises! We entered our room and we heard noises in the bathroom. Someone in the next room was taking shower, but it sounded just like someone was in our room. The noises from the street were also very annoying. Our room is also just right at the common room area, so if somebody was talking there, we heard everything. We paid for breakfast, but did not get breakfast, because it was too early (we had to leave at 6.15am to catch the train)

Excellent but the room was small.....
A new build so the room was in good condition. However, it was very small. The bed was up against two walls and the clearance between the other two sides and the walls was no more than 1.5m. Bathroom was also tiny... the gap between the front of the toilet seat and the shower cubicle wall was about 20 cm! Unless you are of average build, it would be uncomfortable to use. Okay for a few nights; especially, if you are unlikely to spend a lot of time in the room. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I would be happy to return.

部屋は非常に清潔とまでは言えませんが、同等のランクのスリランカのホテルの中ではキレイに掃除されていた方だと思います。私が宿泊した部屋は少々狭かったですが、広い部屋もありそうでした。スタッフは皆さん陽気で優しく、感じの良い人ばかりでした。バスターミナルまで行くのにトゥクトゥクを呼んでくれて、ちゃんと妥当な料金で乗せてくれる人を連れてきてくれました。スリランカのガイドブックが各国の言語のものが置いてあったり、ミネラルウォーターがたくさんもらえたり、おいしい朝食も良かったです。立地としては、ビーチが近く、さらに近くにベアフットという有名なお店があります。が、その他スパセイロンやタワー、寺院やモスク、市場などからは遠いです。もちろん、空港からも離れています。歩くことが苦痛でない、または、トゥクトゥクに乗って移動で良いという方は、写真の通りの部屋ですので、宿泊先に選ぶのも良いかと思います。

Still great value
I think this hotel is very good for your convenient stay in the city even with those complaints you see in other reviews. Yes, that's true, you'll hear the noises from the street and voices in the hotel corridor reaches you inside the room. However, even with those, I recommend business travelers and sole tourists to grab a clean enough facility here for very reasonable price.

Nice staff, but terrible value for money
The room was small and had non noise protection so woke up early every morning from the noise from the road outside. If the "hotel" had cost 80% less it would have been okey, but it dint. They called me at 0830 am to tell me that breakfast is served, that I haven't asked for. I left my key in the reception when I come back I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my key.

中心地の便利なホテルでしたが、最悪のサービス
到着時に荷物は当たり前のように部屋まで自分で運ばされました。チェックインの手続きには、時間がかかり、従業員の態度は最悪でした。大きな忘れものをしたのですが、連絡した際にわからず、宿泊した部屋に従業員が確認に行って見つかりました。誰が見てもわかる大きなサイズのものなのにそのまま放置されていた事に驚きました。とにかく、サービスは最悪でした。

Extremely kind and helpful stuff! I was able to leave my backpack to the reception until leaving late in the evening, and they even offered me to use the shower before taking the night bus to the next location. I warmly recommend this place for solo female travelers. Best places near by: Barefoot, New banana Leaf & The Gallery Cafe.

便利な立地
スタッフのみなさんがとても親切です。建物の入り口に警備のスタッフもおり、顔を覚えてくれて安心です。 部屋は清潔でとても明るく気持ちがいいです。電源もたくさんあるのがうれしいです。 部屋には水とお菓子が置いてあり翌日からの長距離移動時に助かりました。 場所は、有名なベアフットやバナナリーフの近くで明るい大通りから入ってすぐなので夜でも安心して歩けました。 近くにローカルスーパーもあり。フォート地区までスリーウィラーで300RSでした。

Quite disappointed
I'm actually a bit underwhelmed by this placed. It looked good on the pics, has good reviews, yet the experience was quite bad. The room was very dirty and very, very noisy: there's no noise isolation and it's right next to the very busy Galle Road. Staff was sometimes helpful and friendly, sometimes just downright rude and arrogant, and mostly absent. Professionalism and hospitality are things they still have to learn a bit about. Breakfast was included, although this was initially denied by staff (who tried to get extra money out of me). It tasted very good, though. The bed itself was very comfortable. Also appreciated was the working air conditioner and the stable wifi. Next time I'll stay somewhere else, I guess.

Neu, sauber, freundlich.
Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mit Tuk Tuks ist alles gut zu erreichen.

nice experience! Clean room and fancy equipment. The staffs were nice and pro. Feels like in Noveltel.
