Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre.

Maritim Hotel Köln
Lovely hotel and great location. Stones throw away from the main area. We had a road side room with a view of the Cathedral and was surprisingly quiet.

Tried to check in at 12.30pm and were told we couldn't access our rooms until 3pm. Which is super frustrating and there wasn't even any sense of empathy or apology for it.
