They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast buffet each morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including generous vegetarian choices and freshly prepared vegetable juices. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The housekeeping and service attendants were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was just right. "The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!"
