Nice big rooms and staff try to help you as much as possible. Make sure to inspect the rooms at check-in to find any issues, like dirty sheets or leaking AC, especially when they are busy.
We were able to early check in but there was no towels, no toilet paper, fridge and iron in the room. Had to request multiple times then finally it was provided. Poor service. Location is excellent.
Check in was stress-free and easy whereas check out was a tad scrappy as the receptionist could not locate my cash bond and had to call someone to ask. I was glad to have the bond back though. Our room was liveable, neat and tidy in the bedroom area. The air con was lovely and a welcome relief. Wasnβt too impressed with the bathroom as tiles werenβt cleaned very well. Room has tea and coffee making facilities, nice thick bath towels, hairdryer, etc. itβs a great place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight from Suva to Nadi.

We arrived at 11.00pm & the entry was difficult to find although the staff were helpful. We were asked for $100 bond in cash which had me on edge as I thought it was a scam. The smell in the corridors was a stale musty smell which continued into the room. The room had ants on the wall in several places with dirty cups & glasses. The shower was not clean with grime on the shower glass & mold on the wall tiles. My wife would not shower because of this. No water or milk in the room for tea or coffee but I would not have used it anyway. We moved to Suva the next day for better accommodation. We could not get any free to air channels on the TV. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in & would not recommend it to anyone. I did not ask for a refund for the following 3 nights we just wanted out. Never again will we stay there but the pictures looked so good before booking.
It was okay. We had a problem initially with the booking which took a long time to fix but after that, it was fine, although our room was never cleaned at all after several requests so there was a buildup of dust and cleaning was surface cleaning. Took our bag down from a shelf and a lot of dust came with it on our clothes. I can see the potential but staff need more training - cleaners and reception.
It's gotta be the first best thing in the area, much more modern in all aspects. Need more accomodations of these standard in the area.

Never enjoy our 3 days there...ends up booking another hotel in Suva....
Complain to the manager ( language barrier)...

I PREPAID THIS STAY, IN FULL. When i checked in I asked to confirm this fact. I was told that there had been no payment and I would need to pay in full. For the next hour plus we d to work out the problem. I had to search my extensive email cache. I showed the desk clerk both the receipt that clearly showed my payment and another document from my account. I emailed them to him. He also photographed my emails. It was finally concluded that I DID NOT owe anything. Now itβs1:30 a.m.
and I will not get an effective use of the room. I have an international flight and must be at the airport by 8:00 am. This has been dreadful experience.
