"Room was clean, only stayed one night. Front desk staff was dismissive and lacked empathy on our unique situation of extremely delayed flight resulting in a delayed check-in. Traveling as a family with small children, no assistance with helping us problem solve even after explaining the chaotic adventure we experienced to get to the hotel for check-in after hours. Another staff member overheard and was able to assist after all and of course once I attempted to cancel my reservation and retrieve a refund."
