"Very friendly team and good food. Room was extremely tired and shabby and although one has to understand surge pricing applied at the time of Cheltenham Races, the standard of the room could not possibly justify the price. "

"Centrally located, this hotel has modern updated rooms, and sits across from St. John’s church in Cirencester. No parking onsite, but there is long stay parking within a five minute walk, as well as a drop off zone directly in front of the hotel, to facilitate luggage deposit. Would definitely stay again."

"Everyone was super friendly, absolutely perfect for dogs. Everyone appeared to have treats on them. Places for dog to run around safely. Beds were comfortable and rooms dark, slept well. Food great, spa lovely and clean. Massages were amazing. We went for our minimoon and only the weather would be made it better. "

"All felt very dated. Walls and floors all paper thin, could hear everything from folks waking at 6am, with the addition of construction work right outside the window at 7:30am. Rooms, whilst clean, were basic and tired, and far too warm with no ability to adjust temperature. Pay and display parking (with no guest discount) is a bit odd too. Not sure what grants this a 4*, but it certainly isn’t. Get what you pay for. "
