"The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "

"A experiência no Check In foi muito boa. Mário, quem nos atendeu, foi muito cordial e como estavamos chegando de Pucon (12h de viagem) cheguei às 9h da manhã. Assim mesmo, ele nos proporcionou a antecipação do apartamento para descansarmos. "It’s a very special place! It’s very difficult to photograph but it’s charming, authentic and wonderful. We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great. This place is a quaint, hidden gem!"

"This is a really charming bed and breakfast. It is in a secure area and behind a locked gate. They have many amenities that I did not make use of such as a a pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent. My room had a very small private terrace with seats for two. There was also a larger terrace off the dining room should you be there with a group. Everything was clean and well maintained."
