"This historic hotel is beautiful and a fun place to stay just outside of Montreux. You can easily access the city center and Chillon Castle from one of the main bus lines just down the road. The included breakfast was delicious, and the small bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink after a day exploring. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. "Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area.
