"Overall we had a great experience with the room and the hotel staff were amazing. Only things that could've made the stay better would have been stable wifi (as it wouldnt stay connected for more than 5 to 10 min) as well as fan in the bathrooms to help with steam."

"Almost everything about this property was handled online, from check-in to check-out. The room itself was a good size. The bed was comfortable although it was a little soft for my husband. The bathroom was very small. It would have been very tight for 4 people. The room looked newly remodeled and was very clean. There is no laundry on site but there is a laundromat about a mile away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and downtown Couer D'Alene is close. We would stay again."

"Very basic hotel for overnight stay. Carpet needs to be replaced badly in the hallways. Breakfast was bare minimum pancakes and yogurt. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Early morning staff was much more helpful than check in staff"
