"No staff to greet you on arrival. A kiosk with someone you can’t hear or understand is no substitute for a smile and welcome. The room was cold with dirty and stained floors. The shower safety bar was missing. Someone left a long black hair in the shower. I don’t travel with hangers so I wasn’t able to hang anything up. Not even a wire hanger in the closet. Had to listen to the TV next door all evening. At least their conversation gave us something to chat about."
