"The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is helpful. However, the hotel entrance is shared with a coffee shop. It takes about 20-25 minutes just to get to the spot where you can actually get into the hotel parking lot. Very inconvenient."

I had a great stay here, Makeda on the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was hot and had a good selection. I left an item in my room after I checked out, when I returned the lady on the desk assisted me in getting the item back, nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again.

We travelled from fort Walton to St. Augustine and used this hotel in Tallahassee as a stop over night. There wasn’t much to do around the area but the hotel was lovely clean comfortable and the staff we very friendly. Also a free breakfast which was replenished all the time. Bedding was so new and soft best bed I’ve sleep on for a long time.

The big issue is finding the building - the signage is hidden by trees and not seen by driving by and a long way off the highway. Reception at the hotel acknowledged this is a problem for travellers new to the area/hotel. Once in the hotel the facilities were good.

Loved the fact they everything we needed was to hand - kitchen in the room, laundry three doors down the corridor. Didn’t live the bed, it was like sleeping on concrete! Bought a mattress pad but it didn’t really help.
