The room is neat!!! Super clean!!! Breakfast food was very good, exceeds my expectations!!!

Great wedding anniversary staycation. Massage/Spa was phenomenal.

Hotel is average at best. Upon arrival you drive into an underground parking area (which is $39 USA/day), no options. You go to your room which is keyless and you get the info hours before arrival. Face to face communication is minimal at best and if you find someone they might be at the small front desk/lobby area. There is no real lobby like most hotels. The rooms themselves were updated at one point but are now starting to show signs of wear. They were clean but not the cleanest I've seen. No real complaints on room or cleanliness. In terms of location, nothing is really within walking distance. You need a car to get to anything and then be prepared to add at least 15 minutes to wherever you are going due to the draw bridge. The biggest complaint I have is that we had our room cleaned half way thru our stay as daily cleaning is also not included and we went to see grandchildren for a few days. Upon our return we found our door ajar. Clearly it had been that way from the cleaning. No excuses here as our belongings were still in the room. The hotel apologized but did little to compensate. Totally unacceptable. As a result we will not be back, mainly from a security perspective but also from a location perspective. The other issue is that the beach area is small and there are no loungers, only old rickety chairs that are mostly broken.
