"An Enjoyable Stay in a Family-Friendly Hotel" Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms in total. Room beautiful, lovely balcony, exceptional staff

We loved this hotel, great! Staff were all really polite and attentive without being overbearing. Good location, easy to get Tuk tuks everywhere. Pool very pleasant during the day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with advice on outstation taxi services. Close location to Fort Kochi

The rooms were very clean!

A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next...

Upon arrival, I was greeted by wonderful staff. Food was great, room was perfect. Beautiful hotel, well decorated and designed. The staff are genuine and really care about their guests. Perfect airport transfer service too. Stay here!

property was good in new condition n food was costly but very tasty...Car hire charges are very high...Otherwise , staff was very co-operative.

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

.

Excellant location. And courtesy filled persons as Taj is always known for. Good food too
