"Air Conditioning is good and room is clean"

"I chose Chamartín the One as I wanted somewhere easy to get to from the airport terminal 4&4s with a connection to the Metro. I don’t know Madrid that well and while the centre seems to a few tube stops away the metro and trains go in lots of different directions so this turned out to be okay with one line taking me into the centre. The hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. There’s a nice looking restaurant and I found a nearby restaurant and tapas bar called La Taberna de Baco and their burgers were delicious. The train station area is under construction so to find the hotel you need to go up a set of escalators. If you come out of the metro or trains station these are just along the wall straight ahead of you. Small signs have been attached all along this wall to show you the way. At the moment this does the job as a nice hotel but in a weird entrance through all the exposed concrete and works. I’m sure it will look amazing when finished. Had a reasonable sleep on the 7th floor. Reception is on -2 and the lift you need to put in your floor number and it assigns you one of 4 lifts. There are no buttons on the inside of the lift so make sure you are in the right one."

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"A large very busy hotel but extremely efficient methods in breakfast room even at busiest times and most efficient lift system i have ever seen. The sky bar does get very busy though understandably with it's great views from 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff too in all departments. Hotel in a good location with good public transport including 001 free bus nearby. Highly recommended."

"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor. A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of foods. All organised, well laid out (at least 3 coffee stations), and very tidy. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with English TV channels too! I didn't try the other facilities. "

"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."
