"Great communication with the hotel prior to our arrival. It was literally a 5 minute walk from the terminal, we cut through the airport car park and we used a suitcase trolley the whole way - there's a trolley bay outside the hotel too. The person on reception was lovely and very accommodating when we arrived. We had 3 cases and hand luggage, she offered us to leave cases in the luggage room which was really helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing to be aware the heating is through an air conditioning unit and it is very noisy, we arrived at 3am after a flight and our room was cold, too cold for our baby to sleep in the travel cot - it was like ice. She was layed up and had a sleeping bag but I ended up co-sleeping with her in the bed. We did turn the heating on but it was so loud we couldn't sleep with a noisy air conditioning unit on, it also made the air really dry. Breakfast was excellent, help yourself buffet style with all the usual Scottish breakfast items plus cereal, toast, croissants, fruit juice and hot drinks. We would definitely stay here again just maybe make sure to have the heating on as soon as we get into our room especially in the winter."

"A wonderful independent hotel with genuine old-world Scottish charm and exceptional hospitality. The owners greeted me warmly and, noticing that I’m particularly tall, thoughtfully suggested that the room I had booked might not be the most suitable. They very kindly upgraded me at no extra charge, which was a lovely touch. The room was well appointed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep. I also had to leave early in the morning, and the owners went out of their way to provide breakfast before the scheduled opening time. A truly relaxing and welcoming experience from start to finish. Ideally located for Glasgow Airport, this hotel offers a level of personal service, warmth and character that puts the chain hotels in a completely different league. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay with genuine Scottish hospitality."

"Travelodges tend to be so-so, but this one was clean, neat, and spacious. Staff was extremely helpful as well. The hotel is walking distance from the Glasgow airport; it’s probably the furthest of the hotels near the airport, but the value is good and if you’re able-bodied or have a car, it’s a decent option. The biggest downside we encountered was that our room did not have a hair dryer. We did not try the food, having opted to use the airport shuttle into the city centre to explore the abundant food scene there. "
