La habitación estuvo cómoda y bien por la limpieza. Lo único en lo que tenemos queja es por el servicio durante el desayuno, no nos lo sirvieron completo, tardaron mucho en el servicio. Hasta que nosotros preguntamos, nos atendieron y nos dijeron d que constaba. Nos sirvieron por partes e incompleto. Les falta personal de cocina, y meseros. Este punto lo reportamos con la gerente, y no fue muy empática, me parece se molestó. Tienen que mejorar en este aspecto.

Excelente ubicación. El trato del personal excelente! Aunque no tiene estacionamiento pude dejar mi auto en la calle con mucha seguridad

El hotel es lindo se encuentra a unas cuadras del parque, concepto del hotel me agradó. La habitación que nos tocó tenía un área de cojines con una tipo colchoneta que le daba un aire muy nice. Mejoraría los básicos del baño ya que estaban sobre la pared y no salían bien. El colchón un poco duro pero descansé bien, las almohadas me gustaron y el Cojín también.
