"Even though the property is a little vintage it’s still charming and well kept, the spa area is adequate and clean, the rooms are cosy, the buffet dinner was good, the breakfast excellent. All the staff are brilliant, polite and courteous. I enjoyed my stay very much and would likely return."

"We stay at the Arden several times every year & will contininue to do so. With summer coming on, however, the Arden faces a long-term recurring problem--lack of air con. The hotel will provide fans upon request, but some rooms do get unbearably hot in summer. It's a major infrastructural problem ..."
