"Clean room, friendly staff. Snow banks in parking lot should have been cleared. It had been a while since it last snowed. Parking spaces were all taken. Had to park on neighbouring property."

The ambiance was excellent by and large--although I thought the pool was small and primarily filled with squalling children--but for the price ( ca. $800 a night) it wouldn't hurt to include breakfast. There were not enough Keurig pods of coffee in our room--three of us--and the lack of breakfast made me grumpy"

"Hotel is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Gym was out of date and not clean and room service took 70 minutes for a sandwich when the promise was 35-40 minutes"

"The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we indicated we did not speak French, he very easily spoke to us in English. The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant which we found to be very good and the wait staff was excellent. It was a bit of a drive from Highway 20."

"The A/C wasn't working properly and stuch inside a kitchen cabinet. The upper cabinet keep closing down. It didn't stay open at all.there wasn't any kcups and cream. I had to ask everyday for replacement. "
