"We found that the carpeting was old, dirty and in need of replacing. This hotel allows pets and carpeting is not a good idea. The furniture need to be updated and windows secured better! There is no business center to use or print from. Staff were excellent especially in the restaurant who accommodated us as we traveled for medical reasons."

"Breakfast was fine , room wasn’t ready for check in at 3:00 pm . It Eventually was ready around 3:20 however we have n been travelling since 03:00 am the day before and we were desperate to get somewhere to rest. We chose this hotel for the location and convenience as it’s near to many amenities . Area a a bit loud as there was a trans convention where they were discussing their issues and it was heard all over the lobby and restaurant area through the loud speaker . One manager told us the convention gets loud and that he was sorry if any guests were disturbed by the noise . "

El desayuno es simplemente delicioso, fresco y muy bien pensado. El área de comidas es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y muy bien pensada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen vistas preciosas, aire acondicionado funcional y agua caliente deliciosa. Sinceramente recomendaría el lugar y sin duda volvería a quedarme. "

"Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive."
