"There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "

"The location is absolutely lovely â just a short Uber ride to Copacabana, Ipanema, and the Santa Teresa area. The hotel also offers free bikes, which are perfect for a ride to Flamengo Beach. The rooms are small but cute, with big windows and kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent in both quality and variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The highlight is the rooftop â the views are simply amazing."

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better viewâat no extra cost!
