I had to move from my original room because the heater wasn't working. In the second room, the wifi didn't work, and the toilet pipes emitted a loud noise every 30 minutes. Additionally, coffee was advertised as included with the $30-a-night amenities fee at the front desk, but I was still charged separately. This was confusing.
Despite these issues, all the staff were incredibly kind. The problems I experienced were operational and structural, not related to the staff.

There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI.
