We had the most memorable and enjoyable stay with John on our way down from Lake George back to New York City. We were met with the warmest welcome. This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend...

Very friendly staff, well equipped rooms of an excellent standard. On Tuesdays they have free food & drinks which were available when we arrived tired & hungry so were very pleased. Nice pool & gym. Breakfast was also excellent.
