Disliked: Staff & service, amenities

Hotel is new and clean, but we had to ask staff for hot water multiple times and towels weren’t provided. Recommend staff to keep mosquito repellent/ bug control mechanisms. Also suggest firmer pillows- woke up with neck pain.
