"We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early (for $25) and that worked well for us. One caution about using Expedia to book - the pictures/room descriptions on Expedia do not actually match the room types at the hotel. We specifically wanted the room that had a couch/chair sitting area showing in the picture and the booking said "Suite, 1 King Bed". The room we got at the hotel had the jacuzzi tub in the main room - not what we wanted. It also had a musty/mildew smell. They changed us the next day to the room we wanted, and it was perfect. Just something to be aware of when booking. Breakfast was good, location was handy to many things. Walls are a little thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. They are a pet friendly property, so you may hear some barking. Hot tub in the pool area was great - very warm and jets are strong. Workout room was small but met our needs for the weekend. Parking was good also."

"Hotel is in a nice and convenient area but there is evidence of deferred maintenance at the property. Understaffed bar and kitchen. We were provided with 2 free drinks but had to wait in a 20 minute line and then they just poured a weak double and took both tickets. The breakfast in the morning was subpar. The omelette station had a 25 minute backlog and the buffet food was cold and poorly prepared. Will not be staying here for anymore events at the Pavilion."

"Clean, affordable, location was great! Breakfast was great, breakfast staff kind and helpful! It’s nothing fancy but better than a brown bag with a muffin and apple. Coffee was good! The only negative- I think our AC needed servicing but it still was cold and did the job! We will return (as long as prices are reasonable)."

"Room was clean only issue was it was a conjoined room and neighbors open the other door and tried to open the door connecting to my room. But other than that it was an amazing time"

"Over all it is ok. Room is clean. The staff knows what they are doing. It was too bad that the shuttle bus only allowed very few amount of people to take. I plan to take the shuttle bus at 6:45 AM, but the staff told me I only can take 5:30 shuttle bus, because all shuttle busses in between 5:45-6:45 we’re full! I feel it defeated our purpose to stay close by the airport. We got forced to get up at 4:45 in order to catch up the 5:30 bus for 8:25 flight! The hotel should have some idea when gets the most traffic and should be able to arrange and to solve the shuttle issue! Also we saw buckets in the hallway and the switch in the bathroom won’t stay, we got forced to take an extremely hot hot hot shower! We were so tired and tried to go to bed around 10 PM, but people walking and talking loudly, very frustrated!"
