Nice breakfast but it was a cold day and the dining area was freezing. The staff apologized and said the thermostat was set into the 70’s but the air temp was 63. The area around the front door needs some serious weatherization. What a waste of energy!

The Westin Cleveland Downtown
Hotel was nice, good location however the stand out for our stay was the friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend/stay here again for that alone!
