Établissement très bien placé facile d’accès avec parking couvert payant communiquant directement avec l’hôtel. Sinon des places disponibles devant gratuites pendant la nuit. Il manque la climatisation car rue très passante et difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour faire un courant d’air

Bon séjour au coeur des volcans

Le logement était bien situé avec le tram au pied de la résidence. Les équipements sont en quantité suffisante, il manque juste un grille-pain. Le lit offrait un bon confort. Il est vraiment dommage qu'un 3 étoiles ne propose pas une réception en continu. A 11h55, on vient vous voir pour dire qu'il faut partir !! Enfin, il n'y a aucune info concernant le ménage hebdomadaire. Le rapport qualité/prix reste imbattable mais il faut améliorer le service.

Wij waren op doorreis, zeer goed voor een verblijf van één nacht. Desondanks wij op kerstdag aankwamen was alles tot in de puntjes geregeld zodat wij in de accomodatie probleemloos binnen konden.

Très bon séjour !

J'ai passé un très bon séjour, le studio était propre et confortable, la résidence silencieuse est très bien située avec le tramway juste en sortant et des commerces de proximité à quelques minutes à pied. L'équipe de la résidence est très aimable et disponible.

Bien placé. quoique excentre du centre ville… mais au pied il y a une station du tram de la ville, donc ça va; très facilement garable en soirée. Logement fonctionnel, globalement propre (mettre l’accent sur la douche ou le calcaire présent tend à démontrer e que le nettoyage ait été un peu trop rapide!). Il y a ts les ustensiles de cuisine au bon endroit. Literie agréable. espace correct. bon agencement.
