Bien que le nom de l’hôtel soit clair, je trouve dommage qu'une photo du restaurant de l’hôtel Ibis Style voisin soit utilisée comme image d’accueil. Cela peut prêter à confusion pour les clients. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que l’accueil est très chaleureux et que le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Cela compense en partie cette petite incohérence (ou manipulation).

Je suis un client habituel des ibis Budget. Rien a dire sur la chambre mais la cuvette des toilettes était très sale, jaunie ... Je ne met pas de photo mais je la tiens à votre disposition. Ca ne paraissait pas récent mais bien incrusté !! J'ai trouvé çà, vraiment inacceptable.

Une bonne nuit,un réveil pas souhaité.

Pour une nuit, c’était correct. Bien accueilli à l’arrivée. Réceptionniste très serviable. Les enfants ont bien dormi. La vue donnait sur l’avenue où nous pouvons voir les véhicules qui circulaient. La seule chose qui dérange ce sont les portes qui claquent tôt le matin.

Séjour court juste de passage pour une nuit mais vraiment pas terrible mis a part le calme dans l'hôtel et le bon 'accueil a mon arrivée Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain et la douche était bouché. Literie plutôt correcte.la télé fonctionne mal (le son coupe et la reception nest pas terrible).

Hotel très basic, propreté moyenne. Chambre mal insonorisée. L'alarme à incendie de l'hôtel s'est déclenchée à 1h du matin, ça a sonné pendant 10 min, au final pas de feu, certainement un idiot qui a dû fumer dans sa chambre et a donc réveillé tout l'hôtel! Au moins l'alarme fonctionne!

Pour une nuit d'hôtel cela suffit j'ai pour l'habitude d'utiliser cet hôtel mais là pour le coup je suis déçu de la propreté de la chambre mais aussi le lendemain au petit déjeuner. La machine à café ne marchait pas le jeune homme qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner ne savait pas comment elle fonctionnait du coup impossible de boire du café.

Si le personnel de la réception était très gentil, j’ai dû patienter plus de 30 minutes à mon arrivée à cause d’un bug informatique. Une fois arrivée dans la chambre, il n’y avait ni poubelle ni serviette de bain et une odeur désagréable provenait des toilettes. Ensuite, pendant la nuit, les portes des chambres adjacentes à la mienne grinçaient à chaque fois que quelqu’un entrait ou sortait. Enfin, dans ma chambre, la climatisation que je m’étais à 19° revenait systématiquement à 25° comme si elle avait été programmée pour cela . Bref, j’ai passé une nuit très pénible. Je ne pense donc pas revenir dans cet établissement.

Très insatisfait !!

Arrivée tardive la nuit, accueil très moyen. Réservation pour 3 avec mes enfants et petits déjeuners. A notre arrivée la personne m'informe (et difficile de discuter avec) que je n'ai pas de pdj pour mes enfants, problème avec la plateforme de réservation donc pour HOTELS.COM même si pdj cochés, les enfants nous regardent manger !! Bravo. Je l'ai contacté le lendemain matin et ils confirment le problème. J'ATTENDS TOUJOURS QUE L'ON ME RECONTACTE ! 2ème problème : le lit pour mon fils n'est pas fait et rien n'est mentionné sur le site. Apparemment tjs comme ça dans les IBIS budget. 3ème problème : pas de drap pour le 3ème lit donc besoin de redescendre à l'accueil (2ème fois) 4ème problème : pas de serviettes non plus dans la sdb, besoin de redescendre une 3ème fois (Il est passé 1h du matin) Gros doute sur la propreté avec en plus des traces sur le sol de brulures de cigarettes !! Je déconseille vivement.
