"We arrived much later than expected, at 1:15 am. It was about 30 outside, so not very cold for early March in Watertown. The heater was off in the room and the furnishings were austere.
On high, the air coming out of the heater was lukewarm. The night clerk assured me that the heater was working and all the rooms had the same heater. He said, “It will warm up in about a half hour, and it doesn’t help that you booked a big room.” By 2 am, the room was still too cold to remove your coat. We tried another room, same thing. We left and checked into the Days Inn next door. The rooms were nicer there."
